Your progress is measured and your treatment is adjusted as you go, to help improve function and reduce the risk of the problem coming back.

Your assessment and hands-on treatment are with a registered physiotherapist, and you see the same physiotherapist each visit. Our physiotherapy assistants help you carry out your exercise program under your physiotherapist’s direction.

Convenient and Accessible Care

We believe that quality care should be convenient and stress-free. That is why we offer direct billing for most insurance plans, no doctor’s referral is needed, and we offer early weekday and Saturday hours.
